TERMS AND CONDITIONS – QUEBOLLO INC.
These terms and conditions govern all transactions, services, and business relationships with QueBollo, Inc., including pre-orders, workshops, and B2B customers.
By making a purchase or contracting, the customer accepts these terms in full.
APPLICABILITY
The client expressly waives their own terms and conditions.
Any exception must be agreed to in writing by QueBollo, Inc.
PRE-ORDERS (HANDMADE PRODUCTS)
- All products are handmade and made to order.
- Full payment in advance is required to process the order.
- Orders must be collected on the selected date and within the selected time.
- Any order not collected on the same day will be automatically cancelled.
- No refunds, credits or exchanges are given for uncollected orders.
- By completing the payment, the customer accepts this policy in full.
WORKSHOPS (EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES)
- All workshops require full prepayment.
- Spaces are limited and are assigned in order of payment.
- All reservations are non-refundable.
- Date changes, transfers, and rescheduling are not permitted.
- Participants must arrive on time. Absence will result in the total loss of payment.
- By completing the payment, the customer accepts these terms.
B2B (WHOLESALE / BUSINESS CUSTOMERS)
- B2B business relationships are subject to prior approval by QueBollo, Inc.
- Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.
- In case of late payment:
- • A late payment charge of up to 10% of the outstanding balance may be applied.
- • QueBollo, Inc. reserves the right to suspend deliveries or services without prior notice.
- If the delay exceeds 60 days, the account may be referred to collection management, with the client responsible for all legal expenses.
- Orders are subject to availability and production capacity.
- QueBollo, Inc. is committed to the best operational performance, without guaranteeing continuous availability.
CLAIMS AND LIABILITY
- All claims must be notified in writing within a period of 2 days from the delivery of the product or service.
- QueBollo, Inc. will not be liable for indirect damages, economic losses or third-party claims.
- Handmade products may have natural variations.
PAYMENTS AND LEGAL ASPECTS
- All invoices must be paid according to the agreed terms.
- Any applicable taxes, withholdings, or legal requirements will be the responsibility of the customer.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States.
ACCEPTANCE
By making any payment or transaction, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
